Our Strict QC Process: Ensuring Consistent Quality For Every Tool Set

Consistent quality is the most important thing for long-term cooperation, that’s why we have a 3-step QC process for every tool set we produce.

First, we inspect the raw material before production: we test the hardness of the steel to make sure it’s real chrome vanadium, not fake material. Second, we check each tool during production: we test the torque, the plating, the size to make sure they meet the standard. Third, we do a final check before packing: we count every piece, check the package, to make sure no missing parts or damage.

Last year, our defect rate was only 0.2%, far lower than the industry average of 1.5%. That’s why our partners can rest easy, no matter how big the order is.
